Blackdream

I invented this character, time ago....I built a whole world around it, but, since it was really a long time ago, it didn't make a lot of sense, the world crumbled but he remained, he was my painted angel-friend. I think that I really spent hours 'talking' to him and he actually helped me overcoming a few hardtimes than came by....
I often dream about being a man, and very often I'm him, so when I saw this contest this drawing was the first thing that came into my mind. It's like he's me, my alter-ego.
That's strange, thinking about it: I started writing a story with other characters, then came a girl (at the beginning she was 'me') and then...later on, he arrived on the scene and took all the credit, he wasn't even the main character, but someway everything started revolving around him...and I started to see the worl through his eye instead of the girl's ones...I couldn't help it.
I still do it... .____. I like him
Even if he's an asshole.

For the painting I used a brushpen and Photoshop CS5 with a Bamboo, I guess it took me 4 hours to finish it, but I'm not sure because meanwhile I was listening to some episodes of DrWho and got distracted a bit (*5 hours because I got the template wrong and had to redesign it for the new shape :v)
